I am a woman who believes in self-confidence, being comfortable in one's own skin, and inner beauty by empowering you to live a life of self-love and beauty while dealing with depression. I am a very out going, courageous, and goal oriented women. My passion and  creativity allows me to  be me.  I write to free my mind and inspire others that have a mental illness or to simply just share their stories.
